Terms of Service
Last updated July 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Guest Machines platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
01
Your account
You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the actions of any agents, automations, or team members you grant access to. Keep your credentials safe and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
02
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law, infringe rights, or harm other people, systems, or organizations.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or work around our security controls, rate limits, or access boundaries.
- Generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or designed to deceive a person into thinking it came from someone else.
- Build a competing service by scraping, mirroring, or otherwise extracting our platform’s functionality.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
03
Your content
You retain ownership of the documents, prompts, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate the Service for you — including passing it to model providers and tools you’ve connected.
You’re responsible for making sure you have the rights to upload Your Content and that doing so doesn’t violate the law or anyone else’s rights.
04
AI output and agent actions
The Service uses probabilistic AI models. Output can be wrong, biased, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case. Agents can also misunderstand instructions, fail to complete a task, or use an enabled tool in an unintended or unpredictable way.
You control the instructions, permissions, credentials, tools, schedules, and external services available to your agents. You are responsible for testing and monitoring them, using least-privilege access, and reviewing important output and actions before relying on them. Maintain human review and independent safeguards for decisions or actions with legal, financial, medical, safety, employment, or similarly significant effects.
Content from users, websites, knowledge files, model providers, and connected tools may influence agent behavior. You are responsible for deciding which sources and third-party services to trust and for the instructions or data you provide to them.
05
Beta service
The Service is currently offered in beta. Beta features may contain errors, change materially, become unavailable, or be suspended or discontinued without notice. Performance in testing may not match performance in your environment.
Do not use the beta Service as the sole control for safety-critical or other high-impact work. Keep appropriate review, access controls, backups, and recovery measures in place.
06
Plans, fees, and changes
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Usage-based charges (such as model tokens or tool calls beyond your plan’s allowance) are billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing or plan features. If a change affects you, we’ll give you reasonable notice before it takes effect. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but doesn’t refund the current period.
07
Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we don’t promise uninterrupted availability. We may take parts of the Service offline for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
08
Termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or remain inactive for an extended period.
On termination, you’ll have a reasonable window to export Your Content before it’s deleted. After that window, we may delete it without further notice.
09
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that AI output or agent actions will be accurate, complete, reliable, safe, or suitable for your intended use, or that the Service will detect or prevent every harmful instruction or action.
10
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. If a change is material, we’ll let you know in the product or by email before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
