- What's a token, and how do I track usage?
- Tokens are the unit AI models charge in — roughly three-quarters of a word each. Every run shows you the tokens it used, and your workspace dashboard rolls those up so you can see your monthly total at a glance.
- What happens if I go over my monthly tokens?
- On the Team plan, extra tokens are billed at our usage-based rate the next month — no surprise blocking. On Free, runs pause until the next month or you upgrade. You can set hard ceilings in the product to keep spend predictable.
- Can I switch plans or cancel?
- Yes — at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual plans come with a discount versus paying monthly. Get in touch to set one up.
- Is my data used to train models?
